Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food or plants), custom products (including personalized items or special orders), and personal care items (like beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the item you currently have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification. Items must still meet the same conditions for returns, including being unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
